I understand the SF Bay area alone has about 60 islamic schools alone turning out these insane little bastards. I'd recommend everybody get firearms and a supply of ammo for when these vermin begin. Citizens will have to take the offensive and counter/eliminate the threat purely on the basis of ethnic profiling. There is no way to distinguish the good guys from the bad guys in the muslim community.
