I wonder if the FBI is monitoring FreeRepublic?
Who do you think handles the training of the Viking Kitties?

Of course they are. Heck, FR is the one who broke open the forged TANG memos story. Wouldn't you if you were the FBI?
So the CIA can't do covert in the US, but can the FBI?

WHAT A CROCK.
Of COURSE the FBI did this. Web Sites our "open source" (an intell term). It would have been negligent of them to have NOT done this.
This is nothing more than the ACLU trying to revive the ghosts of the 70's and hoping the "Gorelick" Wall will be resurected.

I wonder what they (FBI) thought of FR? I'm sure they had to read through our musings. And Protest Warriors.

The American Civil Liberties Union pointed to the documents as evidence that the Bush administration has reacted to the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on the United States by blurring the distinction between terrorism and political protest. Considering all the death threats that Leftists made against President Bush and his staff, I'd say it was the Leftists themselves who "blurred" any so-called line.
The ACLU can cram it. I don't trust any outfit that considers the Boy Scouts of America to be a greater threat to this nation than the NAMBLA pedophiles.

I wonder if the FBI is monitoring FreeRepublic? If they aren't now, you can bet they sure as hell were when Herr Klinton was in the Oval Office!
