I think if the police won't handle them, some private citizens will defend themselves and that would get real messy.
Better the police do their job and to especially get these mob actions on records against these communist/progressive/anarchist activists so they go to jail when they start to act out more than once.

I would not only encourage its spread, but would feel honored(as I'm sure Kipling would be). You'll notice the only change from Kipling's original was changing the term SAXON to PATRIOT. At this point it time, I'm not even sure if credits to Kipling would be necessary, but it does add some weight does it not?
