CAIR's position appears to be that it's a total COINCIDENCE that every suicide bomber of the past five years is a Muslim and claims to be acting in the name of Islam.
Meanwhile, the truth about CAIR and its links to terror and terror supporters remains virtually unreported. But not on my show (www.630wmal.com). I'll keep telling the truth about CAIR and the problems of modern Islam as long as I have access to a microphone.
How long will that be? If CAIR has its way, not long at all.

I noticed that the WaPoFishwrap went out of its way to mention the owners of the radio station for in case the CAIR organization didnt have enough ammunition.
I think you are absolutely right on this issue, that is why you are under attack. If it's not too late and you need to back down now I wouldnt think any less of you. The CAIR is a cannon backed by the full force of the Saudi Oil Magnates. I see no reason why you should have to take a 155mm in the chest over this.
These guys play rough and you may not be in a position to stand up to these THUGS. If the past record is any indication of future performance, the conservative politicians will not be any help to you. They will throw you under the bus for the sake of 'commity'.
That said, I have a message for your management and for Disney... I support your right to speak the truth to power and would resent their squelching the voice of the people in this town for the sake of the propoganda arm of the saudi wahabists.

September 10th, 2003 will forever be remembered as a grim day for the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR). On that day, the eve of the second anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, CAIR faced up to its own terrorist connections. It ran away from testifying before an influential Senate panel that heard a barrage of incriminating evidence about the group and its connections. It saw one of its former officials plead guilty to terrorist-related crimes in Federal Court. And, it was stood up by two Department of Justice officials at an immigration symposium in Florida. CAIR should find it hard to recover from this string of defeats.

CAIR’s affinity for terrorist causes is well documented in the press. At a 1994 meeting at Barry University, Nihad Awad stated succinctly, “I am a supporter of the Hamas movement.” Communications Director Ibrahim Hooper has defended Saudi Arabia’s financial aid to families of Palestinian suicide bombers. In recent months, three CAIR officials were indicted on terrorism-related charges.
As luck would have it, just hours before the hearing, news services reported that former CAIR official Bassem K. Khafagi had pleaded guilty to charges of visa and bank fraud in federal court in Detroit. The charges were brought against Khafagi for his role with the Islamic Assembly of North America, a group that has advocated violence against the United States and is believed to have funneled money to organizations with terrorist connections. At the time of his arrest, Khafagi was Community Affairs director with CAIR.
Khafagi is one of several IANA officials indicted on terrorism-related charges after Federal agents raided the group’s Ypsilanti, Michigan offices in February. Another arrested IANA official, Saudi-born Sami al-Hussayen ran a series of IANA websites that propagated the teachings of radical Islamist clerics closely linked with Osama bin Laden. He also ran the University of Idaho Muslim Students Association. Al-Hussayen is awaiting a deportation order after refusing to testify in his own defense.

MIM: The Islamist 'parallel universe' is no where more evident then in the statement by a Khurrum Walid, the CAIR lawyer for Boca Raton Al Qaeda arrestee Rafiq Sabir, which he uses to mitigate the circumstances where his client took an oath of allegience to Osama Bin Laden by saying that Sabir thought the undercover agent posing as an Al Qaeda recruiter was " a religous leader not a terrorist recruiter". Given the fact that Khurrum Walid is the legal advisor for the Council on American Islamic Relations, who are defendants in a 9/11 terrorism lawsuit, and( has several of their officals in jail on terrorism charges) the idea that thinking a terrorist recruiter was a religious figure as being a mitigating circumstance is easy to explain. Terrorism is not mentioned in the Koran as an obligation for Muslims, Jihad is. To claim that Sabir thought that he talking to religous figure about fighting Jihad would enable him to claim that he has nothing to do with terrorism.

A former spokesman for leading Islamic lobby groups opposed to U.S. counterterrorism efforts was among 11 men indicted for conspiring to train on American soil for a "violent jihad."
Randall Todd "Ismail" Royer – who little more than five weeks ago was communications director for a fund-raising effort sponsored by the American Muslim Council – allegedly trained with Lashkar-e-Taiba, a Kashmiri terrorist group with reported ties to al-Qaida.
Royer, 30, of Falls Church, Va., also was on the national staff of the Council on American-Islamic Relations, a group that considers itself a leading civil rights voice for American Muslims.
