I add about 9 ml for every gallon which is a tad less than 3 oz per 10 gal.

I have seen no problems. Since I have started - I have gone through ~ 3 gallons of acetone total in various vehicles. A Ford Explorer (I still run this vehicle - but not as much as I used to)
A Dodge Spirit that I sold....still runs good, but it doesn't get any acetone anymore...
A Ford Aspire that does good with acetone
A Hundai that does good with acetone.

All these vehicles run with acetone in the gas every time I buy gas (almost everytime) and there is no problems with gas lines, or rubber/plastic components. I have noticed no problems in any vehicle because of acetone.

I have noticed that some of my vehicles (Aspire) gets noticably better milage when I use the 87 octane gasoline (gasoline with no ethanol) instead of the 89 octane that has 10% ethanol mixture.

I think it's worth a try. at $11.00 a gallon for something that is in automotive products anyway, where could you go wrong? Warranties aren't affected by things normally added to fuel anyway. I say my theory would save the most money and bankrupt the middle east. Nuclear reactors the size of a watch. Power the car for 10 years on a single power supply. When will the stranglehold end.

Why not reformulate the gasoline itself?
