Just one thing Tony, you mentioned the two other senators were in the room at the time. According to the article in the Washington Times the conversation between Turley and Durban occurred in the "green room" of NBC studios

"He and Turley were in the green room of the NBC studios," he said. "Turley was getting makeup put on, and Durbin was taking it off.

Well in all truthfulness, a reading of Johnson's emails reveals an attempt to intimidate, but he never actually suggests that he and his fraternal brothers of the Order of Onan are actually ready to come and 'get me'. But I think a reasonable person would definitely read some malevolent intent into what Johnson was sputtering about.
