Muslims Find Room to Grow in D.C.'s Outer Suburbs

n the outer suburbs of Washington, long filled with Christian churches, new and expanding Muslim mosques are changing the religious landscape.

In Woodbridge, a $1.8 million mosque built to hold 1,000 worshipers will open in January. Starting in October, Ellicott City Muslims will pray in a new $2 million mosque large enough to accommodate almost 1,000 people. Mosques from Annapolis to Manassas are growing as Muslims who have migrated to the outer suburbs seek places to worship near where they live.

I don't know what is wrong with the spread of mosques across our country. We have a wonderful new pastor at the local United Church of Satan...if we can grow, why can't our brethren in Islam.

One of the Muslim's tactics for world domination is to plant Muslims in democractic countries, have them breed like rabbits and become so numerous as to become a majority.

You arwe right,I work with Muslims here in Northern Virginia. They really do not like this country.
But they believe they will someday fly the Islamic
flag here.

We used to live in Falls Church Va. There is a Masque on Rt.7, and we lived behind it. Every Friday the streets were packed with cars parking where ever they wanted. My husband would try to get out to Rt 7 from our road; they would not move, and so he would lightly tap his horn. He said that on several occasions they would start rocking his car. The police would always be there to help these upstanding citizens cross the street, and a crossing traffic light was installed just for them! Never mind that we actually needed a real traffic light there for traffic. There is one I think it is in Centerville or around there with huge gates that are always locked. Looks very inviting.

Visiting grandchildren in Milwaukee, I noticed a large "Islamic Center" (mega-church sized) at the intersection of a major road near the airport and the interstate. Kids told me it had been there for some time.

Driving between Stuart and Martinsville (Patrick County VA) on highway 58 last year, I noticed a new mosque in a remodeled building right next to the road, which has now expanded to a four lane highway. A good location which probably cost a bundle, and with plenty of room for growth in plant and parking space. Apparently the vigorous Islamic recruiting in jails and prisons across the country is paying off, plus Muslim technical and professional workers are showing up to fill roles in local small manufacturing and service operations as the expanded road system stimulates business growth.

Does your church have a jail/prison ministry or support one? If not, you might want to consider the alternatives being offered these days, and get to work.

It is unbelievable to me that, even after it is known these mosques are training grounds for terrorists, they are still being built.
