Tofu, the Natural Fool
"Tofu brings his considerable skills as an idiot to the entertainment field, specializing in non-verbal humor and mime conversations with a stuffed duck. "
I'll have to try that stuff; I've seen it in the stores but I've never bought it...
I shop at Whole Foods weekly, and will be trying out for my black belt in Isshinryu karate in a few months, and fence three three times a week.
I can only imagine what kind of shape you're in.

/sarcasm so thick a trowel was used in the typing of this post
In men, soy causes brain shrinkage (no kidding), thyroid problems and permanent loss of testicular cells. So let the SNAGs (sensitive New Age guys) enjoy!
Yes, with veal on top.
Couple of searches:

You mean Whole Paycheck Foods.
That's not true. Not everyone that eats soy protein is a sensitive new age guy either. There's good soy and then there's GM mass produced shwag soy. I would not eat soy from a fast food chain ever.
So, you're saying tofu is the food equivalent of duct tape? :)
I don't understand it either.
We only use a little soy sauce in rice recipes occasionally. We eat a small amount of beef, much poultry, or occasional fish, eggs and cheese (milk rarely) with lots of vegetables (broccoli/lettuce/carrots/tomatoes most often), a little fruit (very high priced here) and much bread (with only a little unbleached wheat flour in it, as wheat flour is also very expensive here). ...no pork.
We run daily up mildy steep, rocky terrain at high altitude, do scheduled pushups, situps, pullups, boulder lifting (various lifts with safe methods), daily Tai Chi, ball games (football, baseball, and the like) snowboarding (20-30 days per year) and other forms of exercise.
Grocery bill: about $80 per adult-sized person per month.
Goal after the greenhouses are operating: much less cost.
It's the best way to keep our many hours of study going year-'round.
You have a good routine. I don't trust anything mass produced by big corporations. My soy protein intake is once a day at the most. Worse than GM shwag soy is cow milk that has been boiled to death. Don't get me started! LOL
I remember one of the very first times I flirted with you was in a thread about tofu. I said I considered it inedible and you said you could cook it for me in a way that I'd like it.
I perked up right quick at that moment, and proceeded--as I recall it--to flirt with you with wit and verve.
;OD
LOL yeah you're right.
I can only imagine what kind of shape you're in.
Well, I can't speak for mtbopfuyn, but I'd say the shape I'm in is round... And round is a perfectly good shape!
