Um, Michael? The President and all of Congress are on vacation right now. But maybe if you call them, they'll re-assemble at your house for a special meeting on this? *Rolleyes*
I can't believe they're still on about this. What a non-story!

Who the F*** cares about a Letter to the Editor at some podunk paper by some unknown? Why even dignify it by making it the topic of a thread?

Bush immediately told the nation that "anyone having anything to do with the outing of Plame will not be a part of this administration."Is this a BS quote?
I've never read or heard the "outing of Plame" part of the quote...the rest I have heard.
Is this guy embellishing the actual quote?

Gee, using this logic, Clinton should have just resigned. I thought that people were innocent until proven guilty. Unless one is a Republican, of course.

Isn't it funny how Leftists always want to give terrorists the benefit of a doubt, but have already charged, tried and convicted Karl Rove without chance of reprieve?
That sure as hell says a lot about where the Left's loyalties lie, by God.

And Valerie Plame's husband had done just that by telling a differing version of the Bush truth. Bush immediately told the nation that "anyone having anything to do with the outing of Plame will not be a part of this administration." That's odd... I can't find that quote anywhere. I wonder why he couldn't make his point with something Bush actually said?

What's more, his address and phone number are googlable (is that a word?). Type "michael oliver" "madison, wi" into a Google text box, and it comes right up.

Bush can't fire Rove. Don't you remember that the liberals said Rove is the Boss and runs the white house. Can't fire the boss.

Nice work, finding the lesser amongst us.
We had fun with the Green Party secretary. Now this Michael Oliver dude shows up on Google, as savedbygrace noted. And he apparently lives in a reasonably tony neighbourhood with some swimming pools (google maps). I'll bet he's an earnest Alan Colmes liberal with pencil neck and a rather substantial bank account that he'll never disclose to the punters that drinks cheap beer with in the local union hall.
Regardless. His call for the elimination of Rove is worded much as a thousand others are. Nice to see that he at least gets the talking points mailed to him - he's about 3 weeks behind the msm in attempting to make something out of nothing.

What concerns me most about this type of "op/ed" is that people will read it AND BELEIVE it.
