Vote Fraud, Intimidation & Suppression in the 2004 Presidential Election(You need to read this!)
American Center for Voting Rights ^ | July 2005 | Mark F. “Thor” Hearne

Posted on 08/06/2005 7:18:09 AM PDT by kellynla

The American Center for Voting Rights Legislative Fund (“ACVR Legislative Fund”) is proud to present the following report as the most comprehensive and authoritative review of the facts surrounding allegations of vote fraud, intimidation and suppression made during the 2004 presidential election. Using court records, police reports and news articles, ACVR Legislative Fund presents this “after action report” which documents hundreds of incidents and allegations from around the country, notes whether a factual basis for the charge exists and assesses what actions, if any, were taken by the responsible party, law enforcement or the courts. Most importantly, ACVR Legislative Fund makes eight key recommendations that, if implemented, will secure the American election system so that all voters will have the ability to participate free of intimidation and harassment and no legitimate voter will be disenfranchised by an illegal vote. These recommendations also call for accountability for the political parties and activist groups engaged in the political process by holding them responsible for the actions of their operatives seeking to cast illegal votes or to intimidate or harass voters.

ACVR Legislative Fund found that thousands of Americans were disenfranchised by illegal votes cast on Election Day 2004. For every illegal vote cast and counted on Election Day, a legitimate voter is disenfranchised. This report documents a coordinated effort by members of some organizations to rig the election system through voter registration fraud, the first step in any vote fraud scheme that corrupts the election process by burying local officials in fraudulent and suspicious registration forms.

ACVR Legislative Fund further found that, despite their heated rhetoric, paid Democrat operatives were far more involved in voter intimidation and suppression activities than were their Republican counterparts during the 2004 presidential election.

I thought this was an excellent nonpartisan study.
Headed up by one Republican and one Democrat.
Definitely bookmark material.

Great Post!

In all, forty tires on 25 separate vehicles were slashed in the incident causing $4,192.35 of damage to the tires, plus $1,125 in towing charges. Since the damage exceeded the $2,500 threshold for a felony, the five were charged with felony “criminal damage to property,” which carries a maximum punishment of 3 1/2 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. The five {DNC} defendants pleaded not guilty at their March 4 arraignments. (68) A trial was originally scheduled for mid-July, but has since been postponed until January 2006.

It appears the Democratic court system will continue to delay justice until after the next election.

Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) they don't both do it. Voter fraud seems to be a dominantly Dem activity, and it is very dangerous for the future course of the country.

Philadelphia, according to thieir study, had more voter fraud than any other city in the nation. The same thing happened in 2000. This does not bode well for Santorum's re-election chances in 2006 unless the Republicans stand up to the union thugs and racial hucksters in Philly. Fat chance of that happening...

This report is COMPLETELY consistent with the DOZENS of documented media reports about WIDESPREAD democrat corruption and vote fraud...

I ran this story near election time last year that documented the incredible amount of widespread democrat vote fraud and corruption:

http://www.nodnc.com/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=40

Fraud, deception, corruption, and perversion are the mainstays of the democratic party. Without the widespread corruption and the perverse liberal media support, the democrat / socialist party would collapse...

Well, with the unions disintegrating and the Dems still running the same playbook (and RINO's carrying their water anyway) we may see the 'RATS fade away as a party. Bill might be their last hurrah.

Great find, and thank you for the link.

It will be interesting to see if Colorado or other states follow any of the recommendations.

Very interesting.... If found that mostly Republicans had committed voter fraud... it would be all over the Liberal media TV's and newspaper 24/7 nonstop.

Silence is deafening.
