Wooohoo !! *Applause* Good work, boys !
"So he resigns his commission and migrates to the U.S. He becomes an American citizen, like Krushchev's son did. In ten years he, his wife, and his kids live down the street from you. Next best thing to living happily ever after."
Good enough for me. Let us pray this has a happy ending for those sailors and their loved ones.
Good news.
Let's hope the shuttle astrnauts have good luck too, as they begin their return Monday.
It's hard to wipe off beer foam when it's on the inside of the screen.
Putin is our friend and partner.
The Russian people our brothers and sisters united through Christianity.
Fox News doesn't seem to cover things on the weekend much if they occur after 8 PM Pacific time.
" Mini-submarine AS-28 lifted to the surface at 07:26 a.m., Moscow time, with all seven crew members - Russia Pacific Fleet command"
I would have expected all seven crew members would have been there. What a stupid headline.
Not being critical of you timpad.
"YOU---are a goofball.....LOL"
I'm not so sure about that. I think he is either a Super Amdhal or Super Cray. But forget the IBM's their buckets of bolts.
One more water metaphor in your postings, like "current" and you'll have to face the wrath of the posting police.
This thread and the story is going swimmingly don't you think ?
Oh, oh...I just broke my own rules...I can hear the sirens now.
AMEN to that !
Fox is my favorite but they do have banker hours.
Does anybody really know what time it is?:)
Looks like it's true. Excellent news. BTW, the British sub got tangled in the same net, that's why it had to surface.
The news stops at 5pm Friday on all networks. After 5pm Friday, there is officially no news.
Excellent to hear: sub rescues with survivors are few and far between.
I'm a trifle late here (about three hours), but I've been too busy reading the thread, so to respond to your:
***Blurp!***
LOL!
Do they come in Vodka flavour ?
Why aren't these small subs made with an oxygen port fixture so air can be pumped into them from outside? It's easier to get to the sub than to give the men air to breath. Why not an emergency port?
"That's my complaint about Fox on the weekends -- lots of taped shows and breaking items only in snippets on the half hour or so."
I stopped watching them 2-3 years ago. They're the tabloid of Networks.
I can get my independent news analyisis from radio and the Internet. No need to listen to leftist neocons spreading their anti-American agenda.
Wonderful news!
