Mehlman didn't have to mention the democRAT voter fraud. It was already listed and documented in the report..........

But that isn't true. There were lawsuits and court challenges. Unfortunately, they weren't upheld by the courts.

The lawsuits on the Governors race in Washington State are well documented and have been posted here at The Free Republic.
Also, the thugs who slashed tires in Wisconsin in an attempt to prevent voters from getting to the polls, are currently in jail.
Don't get me wrong. I abhor voter fraud, and, next to terrorism, find it to be a serious threat to our freedom.
But, let's also be practical. The massive voter fraud on the part of democRATS has permeated to EVERY State, County, City and Town throughout the U.S.A. It is impossible to stop all of it. Unfortunately.
However, I think they shot their wad in 2004, and they still lost on a national level.
As far as I'm concerned, anyone involved with election manipulation in any way, shape or form, should receive a mandatory jail term, and, should lose their voting franchise forever.
I was born and raised in Philadelphia, and in one voter precinct, only democRATS were allowed to vote. Their registration was checked at the front door, and only unlocked when they proved democRAT loyalty.
Of course, we complained to the election board, called Police, etc, but, it was so wide spread and so rampant, that we couldn't do much more about it.
Perhaps a Federal mandate to make sure all States have the same voter requirements would be the answer. Some people would argue that this would make it harder for people to vote. I say that is nonsense. It would make it MORE difficult ONLY to those who are frauds!!

Thanks. I was just about to point that out, but you did it much nicer tahn I would have.

You're welcome!!
It sure would be a big help if the people who post here would at the very least, read the report, before going off on some tirade about something they DIDN'T even read!!

Excellent. But once again, I would hope the RNC actually USES this information in a commercial and talking points. We should INSIST on it.

Thanks! I'll have to read the report. Haven't had a chance yet.

You caught me! Good job! I read the article but, not the report and made a false assumption. Thanks again for setting me straight!

Actually, the ACVR report isn't new. It's been out for some time. It has been previously posted here at The FRee Republic.
It did receive some press (FOX) but, was basically ignored by the the rest of the MSM. What a surprise!! (NOT!!)

Go to the website of The American Center for Voting Rights. (American Center for Voting Rights.Org)
It has a list of States where voter fraud took place. It also has an overview where they did or did not find any truth to the allegations.
Unless I missed something, no Republican collusion with voter fraud was found or confirmed.
However.........the democRATS have a lot of explaining to do!! What else is new???

I understand your point, but, take a look at the report by The American Center for Voting Rights.Org, and you'll see that the democRATS are being exposed and caught, one by one.
Not soon enough for me, but at least it's a start!!

WOW! Really good stuff and news there at ACVR. I didn't know what was going on with some of these cases. It's interesting that cases against the Repubs seem to have no merit, while many of those against the Dems are going forward and even have Dem witnesses. Hooray! As to the tire slashing in Madison - it looks like the trial for the 5 has been postponed until Jan.-06. I will share this site with others.
To: everyone
Mehlman's letter is crap. It says nothing.
We are on our own. Kudos to ACVR for its report.
