What an immature thing for this clown to do. This is one of those cases where we should have an automatic restitution clause in the law that forces the criminal to pay his victims five times whatever the damage was. In other words, if he intentionally caused $2,000 in damage to someone's car, he ought to be punished by having to pay $10,000 to the victim. We ought to start making CRIME PAY - for the victims instead of the criminals, many of whom get away with their crimes without getting caught. Garnish his wages. Track him for life. That guy is cra-zy!
