Okey dokey...I spent my early career on Wall St. and have a little idea of Manhattan RE and that of the tri-state area. RE is supported by the incomes produced in the local area. I have owned property in the area and know it to be a direct result of what is happening in the City. I don't like high prices either but it is nothing new.
