The real story -

A volunteer all the way; Casey enlisted, re-enlisted, volunteered for the mission that took his life and earned the Bronze Star trying to rescue fellow soldiers.

Casey Sheehan's actions in life are the antithesis of and a direct repudiation of Cindy Sheehan's views and actions!

Is Cindy Sheehan's grief deeper than the grief of the families of the other 1800+ KIA servicemen and women? Is she more important than they are? Is there even ONE family member of those 1800+ heroes standing with Windy Cindy? I don't think so.

Wish I could go, too...I am not a military mom or wife...but I feel like one in my heart because I love our troops so much that tears well up when I consider the hardship they endure for me and mine and all of us in the great big rock and roll American family!

GOD SPEED! I cannot even write down how much what you are doing ( and the others..our Freepers who went to Crawford, other Americans who have gone, etc. )

Cindy has so degraded her wondrous son's decision to fight for our security, to free a suffering people, to hold high to the ideal that FREEDOM is NOT FREE and WORTH the ULTIMATE SACRIFICE to WIN AND KEEP AND PRESERVE!

We WILL PREVAIL...because of people JUST LIKE YOU!

The ABC's and NBC's and CBS's and CNN's had better take notes because their days of ONLY REPORTING the deaths instead of the hard won SUCCESSES of our nation's effort to SECURE IRAQ and prevent Saddam from helping terrorists kill innocents AROUND THE WORLD ARE OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He won't. Following his comments about the Minutemen, IMO, he's more likely to decry them as opportunists with a mob mentality or something.
