It would have been brushed aside as such by the press if it had been under a Democratic president. The proof of that exactly that was done several times during the Clinton years alone.

Wiliie's legacy is already nothing but filth and corruption. Only the Congressional Black Caucus is stupid enough to hold Willie in regard higher than sewer level.
What we are looking for, here, is jail time. Willie and Hillie in jail for taking Iraqi oil voucher money in returning for not persuing OBL and then trying to mendaciously hide information to try to divert attention away.
Monica wasn't the issue (how easy would it have been for the FBI to simply say, "Nope, it wasn't his DNA on the blue dress"), Monica was the diversion to make sure that no one was looking at the real scandals of Willie's administration.
Legacy is a diversion. Willie's legacy already can be scraped off the bottom of your shoe. Now, he is avoiding prison!

Monica was the diversion to make sure that no one was looking at the real scandals of Willie's administration. That's what I thought, but I thought it might have been because of having my tinfoil on too tight!
