I was driving from San Diego to LA last week and came to a border patrol check point on the freeway. Cars were backed up in long lines. I thought, "well good, about time". Then I reached the front of the line and they just waved all the cars through. Wasn't much of a check. I wasn't feeling too good about their effort.
