Didn't I see the guy's lawyer on Greta a last week saying the guy had done everything to cooperate, and had an air-tight alibi? I wonder what they found along with the body?

He was the last one with her.
I hope they charge him with two murders. And I hope he fries.

Smogger - Thanks for the update, this is sad news but at least they caught the guy. Prayers sent for Latoyia and her baby and family.
Sad news ping!

I wonder what they found along with the body? Probably bullet casings or the shell itself matches the creep's gun he was carrying when arrested.

OH, the poor girl, and her poor children. I knew she was dead, and I knew he did it.

For all our worries about violent crime, we are statistically more likely to be killed by a "loved one".
Passion begets passion in all its forms, it seems.

The father of the baby is the guy everyone suspected. He was conspicuously absent when her family was desperately searching for her.

Update: According to CNN they are indeed charging him with two counts of murder, one for the woman, one for her 5-month fetus.

I don't see how they can charge him with a crime.
He merely assisted her with a "late term abortion" and "suicide" simyultaneously. There's no crime here. Now move along, everyone.

Good.
Sometimes one does not need to see the trial to know who is guilty and who isn't. This guy is.
And the woman had another child, too, who now has to grow up without her mother. I think there ought to be a charge invented for that.

When are these women going to get it.
They have to have a boyfriend .. the sleep with them .. they live with them .. they get pregnant - the boyfriend is out of there. The closer it gets to the baby being born the more dangerous it becomes for the woman .. the father does not want to spend his lifetime SUPPORTING A BABY HE NEVER WANTED.
If young women would keep their pants on .. they would be less likely to lose their life and the life of their unborn child.

"I knew she was dead, and I knew he did it." I'm really curious about Judge Crater, Amelia Earhart and Jimmy Hoffa. I'm sure you know all about these cases, too, so let us know what happened to these folks.

Yes, it's all the fault of the victim. She deserved to die for daring to get pregnant. And the man had nothing to do with that. /s
