"He'd have to be really dedicated to sacrifice 5 years of his life, give up everything he every owned, and risk more than that. Sort of blows a hole into the theory that he was an agent provacatuer."
How do you know that he actually did that? How do you know he's actually in prison?
His conduct was the conduct of someone looking to cause trouble for his "friends."
I didn't either, the article just made me think of it ;-)
Not too much of what the Federal government does these days is actually within its enumerated constitutional powers IMO. Border control, however, is probably one of the few things that it, rather than the states, actually does have responsibility for.

Casey Nethercott's mother is on the air on a radio show in Tucson. This was a total fraud by Dees and the judge.
Plus, they're trying to keep HER $60,000 she laid out for her son's bail to give to the illegals.
Dees should be deported with the illegals, since he commits fraud against Americans.

Sounds to me like both Morris Dees and the judge aided and abetted crimminal conduct by allowing the illegals to file the lawsuit in the first place. The judge should be impeached and Moris Dees should be sent to prison. Though in exchange for his imprisonment we could accept his renouncing of US citizenship and agreeing to permanent exile. This would also have to include signing away any right to apply for asylum or refugee status at any time in the future.
Absolutely right on, there!
