Al-Qaeda chiefs reveal world domination design

THE al-Qaeda master plan to take over the world and turn it into an Islamic state has been revealed for the first time.

For a new book, Jordanian journalist Fouad Hussein interviewed top lieutenants of the terrorist network, including the mastermind of many atrocities in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.

Al-Zarqawi — al-Qaeda's Second Generation is published only in Arabic, but could be translated into English.

Hussein says al-Qaeda views its struggle as a long-term war with seven distinct phases.

Phase one is the "awakening" in the consciousness of Muslims worldwide following the September 11, 2001, suicide attacks. The aim of the attacks was to provoke the US into declaring war on the Islamic world and thereby mobilising the radicals.

Phase two is "Opening Eyes", the period we are now in and which should last until 2006. Hussein says the terrorists hope to make the "Western conspiracy" aware of the "Islamic community" as al-Qaeda continues to mould its secret battalions ready for battle.

Phase three, "Arising and Standing Up", should last from 2007 to 2010, with increasingly frequent attacks against secular Turkey and arch-enemy Israel.

Phase four, between 2010 and 2013, will see the downfall of hated Arab regimes, including Saudi Arabia and Jordan. Oil suppliers will be attacked and the US economy will be targeted using cyber terrorism.

Phase five will be the point at which an Islamic state, or caliphate, can be declared — between 2013 and 2016.

Phase six, from 2016 on, will be a period of "total confrontation". As soon as the caliphate has been declared, the "Islamic army" will instigate the "fight between the believers and the non-believers" that has so often been predicted by al-Qaeda's leader, Osama bin Laden.

Phase seven, the final stage, is described as "definitive victory".

Hussein writes that in the terrorists' eyes, because the rest of the world will be so beaten down by the "One-and-a-half billion Muslims", the caliphate will undoubtedly succeed. This phase should be completed by 2020, although the war should not last longer than two years.

An Islamic state would require one (bad ass) ruler or a tight circle of family/tribe members.

There are too many power mad dictators in the Islamic world to make for a single state. Before they could take over the world they will fall to fighting between each other.

As for a number of states working together for a single cause? Well, we can see how that is working now.

If Phase one is successful, there will be no more "phases" and no more "radicals".

So, they plan to destroy the world or at least that might be what this plan leads to.

A few bearded men with burning eyes, remembering some harsh tales told by other bearded men with burning eyes, about atrocities that had taken place a thousand years ago, decided they would restore the glory that was the Caliphate on the Euphrates, and the way to do that is to destroy anything that may compete with that glorious and gleaming city.

Since New York City is the capital of the world, they chose to start there, and since Washington is the place where the Grand Vizier to the Great Satan resides, that would be the second target.

Unfortunately, that was an error in judgment. The Great Satan is neither so blind, nor so impotent, as to be unable to respond to insult, and in a mighty rage, the now aroused leaders and populace of the United States rose and smote the apostates of the Islam religion.

Not indiscriminately, but directing the punishment to those who either committed the atrocities against the US, or those who protected them. As it so happened, all the targets turned to be Muslim, but not all Muslims are or ever have been the targets. Just the ones with the burning eyes. And cradling an AK-47 rifle in their arms.

Forty minutes after Phase six (oh I wonder how all those Shietes and Suffis feel about being part of the Sunni Caliphate) begins Mecca and Medina will have a short, intense heat wave:

I hadn't looked at it that way, but you are exactly right. These pukes can't even agree with each other. They will kill each other off before the reach stage 3.

These are people that can't even conduct a decent small unit conflict. The Ansar al-Sunnah composed of native Iraqi Sunni's and heavily salted with former regime members from the Iraqi Army and Republican Guard are the only group to actually set up multilayered attacks and occasionally try to engage US forces in a real fight. OBL's boys just plant bombs and fire from concealed positions at the survivors. That is what is so enraging about the calls for retreat. We are engaging 20,000 + or minus Arab cutthroats who are engaging in classic Arab hit and run combat and the various leftist want to inflate these b-stards into a real military presence.

1.5 billion Muslims, perhaps (by their count). Not all equally dedicated to the proposition that they should stay in the fight to the death.

If the choice is to be dead, or perhaps converted to Zoroastrianism, or Buddhism, or Kung Fu, or Christianity, or Judaism, despite much of their early training, a sizable majority would opt for conversion.

A small minority, of course, would rather fight than switch. Regardless of the outcome and their personal fate.

Notice how they need to strike Turkey, an Islamic republic? Now they got Afghanistan , Iraq and Lebanon to contend with. As long as we don't get a Clinton to replace Bush down the road I imagine Syria and Iran will be added too. It's nice to know that when we do finally capture Osama he will have achieved the exact opposite of what he wanted.

They forgot phase 8: West totally incinerates Muslim "caliphate" with WMD then moves in to claim its resources.

Probably executed between phase 4 and 5 of the Al Qaida plan.

I've said it before here and I'll say it again: We will have no one but ourselves to blame if we fail to treat these words as serious. As your example makes clear, evil rarely just pops out of nowhere. Hitler was very clear in his intentions for a long time. Likewise, Lenin wasn't pretending to be a clergyman when he took over Russia.

Bin Laden had been warning for years that he wanted to strike America, and many treated his diatribes as just more Islamo-lunatic blather from another crazy towel head.

Some crazy towel head he turned out to be. Now, the terrorists are getting pushed back by America's actions now, and they increasingly appear in dissaray, but what happens when (if) they get a nuke or other WMD? Personally, I think they eventually will, and we'll have little if any time to stop the catastrophe.

When a man stands across the street screaming that he's going to burn down your house, do you just ignore him as nuts and go back inside? Do you call the cops then or wait until he's screaming on your front lawn. What about when he's standing on your porch with a can of gasoline? After the flames start? At that point calling him on when he was still across the street doesn't seem like so much of an overreaction, does it?

By coincidence, the Kansas City Royals also have a bold plan to win the World Series.

---

They'd better hurry.

Osama's buddies in the Taliban prohibited playing soccer in
Afghanistan while they were in power.

Something about the time could be better used in prayer.

I'm sure they won't like baseball either, so if the Royals don't win before Osama takes over, there won't be any World Series to win.

Sorry for the shameless self-bump, everyone, but I really think this needs to be brought into focus.
