Relocating Americns to BRIC countries is NOT the same as outsourcing specific job projects and you know it (at least I HOPE you do)

97% does not equal pieces, the 3% the dont see are pieces..

They are not going to give all 97% as one lump total.  They will give small pieces that all together would equal 97%.

No one person or entity will get all 97% completely set up in easy to access classes and ready to be run or compiled or whatever.  They'll see one piece, then another, then another in no particular order.  Come on man, let's use our logic on this one.
