Gibson said it is against the law to knowingly hire illegal workers, but also illegal to refuse to hire Spanish-speaking Latinos.So is it illegal to hire Spanish-speaking illegals? Or if they don't speak Spanish you can refuse to hire them? Is ambiguity the main problem here, or is it something else?
