"Michael" says he infiltrated Camp Casey by telling the liberals what they wanted to hear. Which he uses as a backstory to tell conservatives what they want to hear about Cindy Sheehan.

It's a cute radio stunt, but the guy has a serious credibility problem.<<

That's the definition of what a "spy" does. And it is not dishonorable in the least.

Well done. They need to be infiltrated and exposed.

Man, you've learned a couple of valuable FR lessons that all of us have at one point or another:

1.) Think before you post.
2.) If you post something dumb or even something you don't feel that strongly about, don't spend the next 50 posts defending it to the hilt.
3.) Don't respond to each and every poster that chides/flames you for your original dumb post. Just let it die.

If recorded and proven, one of the benefits can be as proof of what we know is really going on and as a counter to what the MSM is trying to say is happening there.

This is not about gossip and fun and spying for giggles....to me this is an opportunity to expose the agenda and try to make the naive in Amreica and the duplicitous in the MSM face the truth...

They are welcome to do the same at any Freep or RNC sponsered event...if we have some elements that are untoward, by all means, expose them so that we can purge....I have no problem being held accountable for all I say and do and the people I hang out with...

But as we know, Sheehan and company know better than to let the world see the truth...and the MSM will not do so unless forced....

That's the definition of what a "spy" does. And it is not dishonorable in the least. Who said anything about dishonorable? I said he had a serious credibility problem. As do spies -- one of the most difficult tasks in intelligence is rooting out double agents spreading intentional disinformation. There's no way to corroborate or evaluate an anonymous voice on the phone to a radio show.

I agree with you there. I heard the audio, and thought, "Oh, come on! You couldn't have 'worn a wire' or something?"

I mean, I believe he is telling the truth. But why should mainstream America?

Yeah, and that's part of why I have issues with the word "spy." Espionage is a serious business, with rules and checks and consequences. This was a radio prank, and for all we know it was the host conducting both sides of the conversation, a la Phil Hendrie.

"For all we know the "spy" has never been out there and is just making it up and phoning it in from the comfort of his home."

You mean like a NYT reporter.
