I recall a Monty Python sketch where the guys were swishing about in British Army uniforms. The sketch obviously had some truth about it.

The police don't seem to want recruits like these either.

"I wonder if their wrists are strong enough to fire high power rifles?! LOL"

The British Army will see the fruits (pardon the word) of its effort to recruit homosexuals when a swisher puts moves on a straight guy with whom he's sharing a fighting position. "Awfully sorry for shooting Private Limpwrist, Sergeant. He was coming up behind me and I thought it was the enemy."

Sure, there are gays in all militaries.

But the Brits have gone about recruiting with a will, marching in parades, etc.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.

And there are many who want to see homosexuals "proudly" serving in the United States military.

Numerous current and ex-military have commented on FR. They all state that homosexuals and the military do not mix.

Note: Scripter and I are both going to be running this ping list for a while, so if you see any relevant articles please ping BOTH of us, and freepmail BOTH of us if you want on/off this pinglist.

Just noticed this:

"We don't really care what sexual orientation you are if you want to come and join us in the army," said Logistics Corps warrant officer Lutha Magloire, 39, part of the Army's Diversity Action and Recruitment Team.

!!!!!

"They all state that homosexuals and the military do not mix."

I have heard this too. Someone called into a talk show, said he was on a submarine, and one of the homos would grope people while they were sleeping. Finally they all started talking about it and figured out something was happening while they slept, and they finally caught the guy.

One can only say that if gays got more control of the military, situations like this you would have to "tolerate" in the name of diverrrrrsity.

You'd have to admit, the armed forces don't find recruits like these every day!

It's the same reason that women shouldn't serve in certain areas. Sex drive: straight or homosexual is powerful, and it causes tension and problems, impairs discipline, and it could even get people killed, because they are not focusing on what they should 100%, because they are distracted.

Whether you lock up 100 straight guys with a couple of women, in close quarters in a sub, or even worse have guys who oggle or worse other guys in the showers and so on, it's a disaster.

The focus should be to create the best environment to fight the enemy, not to get our soldiers distracted, and diminish their capacity to fight.

<< We aught not forget that britain's military has long been permeated by perverts poofters and other perfumed princelings, notably among them Field Marshall Viscount Montgomery of el Aamein, of Idi Amin and of the buggaring of boys. And the definitive perfumed prince: Mountbatten, of Indian infamy, shirt-tail lifting and turd burgling.

And then there is the old royal navy line about the Empire being won by rum, the lash and lashings of sodomy.

Limeys are all a bunch of poofs, far as this intact American man can see.

Wonder what Oscar Wilde would have to say about it all?

Probably something along the lines of: "To disagree with three-fourths* of the [Once-great] British public is one of the first requisites of sanity."

Or, given the brits' craven appeasement of every last one of the insane edicts issuing from every known terrorist and/or terroristic organization, including those located at Brussels and Strasbourg or headquartered on the East River, perhaps: "'Conscience' is but the name which Cowardice, [While] fleeing the battle, scrawls upon its shield."

[*Since, by popular demand and common useage, increased to fifteen-sixteenths of that public]

People in a free society should have the right to have different views on the morality of homosexual activity. The government should not promote the gay activist ideology but should remain neutral.

I'll carry on, scripter; maybe with interruptions here and there when I get busy.

I checked the thread in questions and punster's comments are all there, he's still there.

Freepmail on the way.

I hope it's not all for nothing.

This new situation is very disappointing. Here's a typical order of events in everyday life:

No problem as that happens all the time and we expect it. Now let's move forward to a recent scenario: Then it gets interesting. Why? Well, freeper B's post is pulled and is told to refrain from abusing the abuse button to further their personal grudge. Yet freeper B has no personal grudge against freeper A, he just wants the misrepresentations to stop. Unfortunately, it would appear there is indeed a personal grudge here, but it's not with Freeper B.

Because this new situation is just that, new, and quite different from the way things used to be, I'm hoping this new situation is merely due to the cat being away. And if not, then unfortunately, I've really lost interest because time is too valuable a gift to waste.

I recently heard from freeper B who stated he personally blames TAdams8591 for pinging him to thread. ;-) But considering freeper B's dry sense of humor, I'm sure he's just harassing TAdams8591. Hey, they say laughter is the best medicine!
