that last report I heard from Lyons on TWC. the best "hope" (if you can call it that) would be for this thing to ride up the 90.0 longitude line so the eye crosses the city and the lake. the wind effects would be lower then taking any part of the eye wall. the flooding would still be an issue, but there isn't much left to hang your hat on as far as "hope" goes. This was the gist I got from what Lyons was saying.
