Actually France was one of the first countries to offer help, alongside (as stated by McCormack:)

... Germany, Australia, Canada, China, the UAE, UK, Japan, NATO, Russia ... even Venezuela!

The European Union has also made a joint offer for help (on top of individual member states offering help).

France is the only country in which their help or sympathies are not welcome. Why in the world would anyone want to believe that? FYI France was one of the first countries to offer help. Your opinion of France is based on some shallow bias. Frenchies are mostly -but exceptions obviously exist- far smarter than you think, far nicer than you think, and far more complex individuals than you'd like them to be to fit your stereotype. I would know - I deal with them all the time.

Are you so filled with hate you would mock a genuine offer of help for our people who are hurting? God help us if the rest of Americans ever sink to this level of depravity. Russia was the first country to offer aid, with two giant planes filled with supplies and helicopters waiting to take off. Your conspiracy theories that the KGB is going to resurrect the Soviet Union are written by Soviet Experts who would be out of a job now that the Cold War is over. I agree Russia is not perfect, but any idiot who has been to Russia can see the Iron Curtain fell years ago. It's INSANE to state otherwife. The country has a democratically elected government, with the president having an aproval rating of 72%. Of course that is not acceptable to the forces of hate and darkness.
