Anytime you RUSH a person's death for the purpose of killing a HEALTHY, if mentally damaged person, you are committing MURDER.
There is no other way to describe it.
And couple that with making a person you decide to MURDER have to die SLOWLY...via dehydration and starvation over DAYS and DAYS...it becomes a specific type of murder that involves TORTURE.
Why not just slip a shot of heart stopping venom into the arm of a person condemned to DIE because their brain is impaired? I mean...WE DO THAT FOR FELONS in PRISON who are sentenced to DEATH!
Did Terri...as an INNOCENT...deserve such a heinous death?
Of course not.
It was MURDER SAL...big time.
The ELEPHANT IS STANDING IN THE ROOM IN FRONT OF YOU....BEHIND the curtain marked 'DISCARD the HANDICAPPED!'.
You have summarized the liberal mantra very well
"I am not a liberal."
Murder is wrong. That is what God says.
"You can stare at a mouse all day long and claim it's a toaster, but claiming it doesn't make it a toaster. You can call this murder all day long, but claiming it doesn't make it so."
Now to address your lack of understanding of the word, murder... Webster defines it as:
1 : the crime of unlawfully killing a person especially with malice aforethought.
I know you can argue that it was lawful to kill this innocent human just as it was lawful in Hitler's Germany and I will not be able to disabuse you of this with logic so you can stare at this mouse of Greer legality all day long and call it a toaster if you like.
If you tell yourself that the intentional and malicious taking of an innocent healthy life is not murder, maybe you will believe it yourself.
(From Sun) The brain-damaged woman WANTED to be kept alive.
"So you spoke to her and have witnesses to confirm this?"
I was there in front of the hospice when the shaken guy came out to tell us (me and Brother Hillary) what she just said when they told her they wanted to remove the tubes. His reaction was fresh, stunned, and amazed when he blurted this out. He was also sure the cop who witnessed it would be obliged to state what just happened. Attorney Waller announced confirmation to what I heard a few minutes later. But the cop had reneged on his story quickly.
Also we received daily briefings from Monsignor who visited Terri each day and filled us in on her responses minutes later. Who am I to believe, Monsignor or you?
Thank you again for this bump and for the future bumps.
"It was MURDER SAL...big time."
Of course it was murder. You see someone lying on the road. One man says she's alive and needs water. The other says she's 'dead already' and should be shot. The argument goes back and forth. Not every stone is left unturned, so you can't be sure one is right and the other is wrong.
If you shoot her, you murder her. Dehydration is no different than shooting, and you don't do that unless you KNOW certain things are true.
"This was not murder."
The law has to be on your side to call it murder right? But dehydration killed her, correct?
"Because you disagree with the ruling doesn't make him any less rightful to hold the office."
For crying out loud: how can a blind judge size up witnesses?
Man did that child's letter give me the warm fuzzies. God bless him!
LOL.
Judge Greer had to fulfill his mission to murder her. Mission accomplished. She's been murdered by state sponsored judicial homicide. VERY HITLERESQUE OF JUDGE GEORGE GREER AND ALSO OF JUDGE JAMES WHITTEMORE (Tampa Federal Court). Two judges in Amerika with their friends up the line can starve any American to death. Pretty ominous. ANY AMERICAN, not just Terri.
INDICT GEORGE GREER AND INDICT JAMES WHITTEMORE.

"The prominent right-to-die activist estimates he's testified 100 times in favor of removing feeding tubes from patients."
Geeze..what a record and I suppose he's proud of it.
Ping in case we need to refer to this thread.

Wow!! A first-hand account. Thank you!
Terri was denied the more sophisticated tests to determine brain damage. Also, the doctors that interpreted the tests were "Michael" doctors.

"Terri Schiavo: March 15, 2005
Former Nurse Reveals Terri Schiavo's Capabilities
Carla Sauer Iyer, a nurse who cared for Terri Schiavo from April 1995 to July 1996 at Palm Garden of Largo Convalescent Center was recently interviewed by David Allen. Although weve posted several articles in the past based on her affidavits, she revealed a few additional details in the interview that have not been widely reported.
During the period in which she daily cared for Terri there was no publicity. Just Michael [Terri's husband] trying to accelerate her death, she said. Iyer explained that she would often sneak Terris parents, the Schindlers, into see her and that Michael refused to allow therapy of any kind. In fact, he was physically intimidating and would very loudly command the nurses this is my order and you're going to follow it.
We were very intimidated
the whole place, Iyer revealed, adding that some nurses had a restraining order against Michael Schiavo because his behavior was so bad.
When Terri had a urinary or upper respiratory tract infection Michael was visibly excited and would visit more often, asking is she dead yet? According to Iyer, at one point Michael exclaimed, When is that b**** going to die?
After Michaels visits, Iyer stated that Terri, at times, became symptomatic for hypoglycemia (low blood sugar). Iyer said she found an unexplainable bottle of fast acting insulin concealed in Terris wastebasket that she speculates could have been used to induce the condition. She filed a police report but heard nothing further regarding the incident. Subsequently she received death threats she believes were related to notifying the authorities and was later released from her position as a caregiver because of her actions in support of Terri.
The nurses, including Nurse Carla Iyer, interacted with Terri and daily witnessed her respond, laugh, and make requests. We had her at the front of the nurses station
everyone loved Terri, Iyer said.
When asked about the accuracy of the videos available on the internet Iyer said they were realistic but failed to capture Terris personality and, if anything, did not represent the extent of Terris ability to respond and communicate.
Iyer witnessed Terri consuming pudding and milkshakes every night and has previously testified that she fed Terri Jello. She witnessed Terri responding to her name, following others with her eyes and head and even moving her body with purpose.
In her prior affadavit, Iyer documented Terri's vocabulary:
Terris medical condition was systematically distorted and misrepresented. When I worked with her, she was alert and oriented. Terri spoke on a regular basis while in my presence, saying such things as "mommy," and "help me." "Help me" was, in fact, one of her most frequent utterances. I heard her say it hundreds of times. Terri would try to say the word "pain" when she was in discomfort, but it came out more like "pay." She didnt say the "n" sound very well. During her menses she would indicate her discomfort by saying "pay" and moving her arms toward her lower abdominal area. Other ways that she would indicate that she was in pain included pursing her lips, grimacing, thrashing in bed, curling her toes or moving her legs around. She would let you know when she had a bowel movement by flipping up the covers and pulling on her diaper.
Certainly this is a story that is not being carried by the mainstream press and has been supressed from judicial decisions. Iyer's testimony brings to light several facts including:
Terri Schiavo is not a "vegetable" and is not "brain dead". She recognizes and responds to others and makes attempts to verbally communicate.
Terri is not on life support but does receive food and water through a removable tube, which experts testify would not even be necessary if she were given therapy. This assisted feeding is a natural means of preserving life and not a medical act of life support or heroic measures.
Twelve medical experts and nurses who cared for her confirmed these facts. Video available through BlogsforTerri.com shows Terri responding and interacting with others. Health care workers have testified under oath that she expresses herself using words, such as "mommy" and "help me".
Terri is a person with disabilities who thinks and expresses her moods and desires. She is loved by her family and responds to their visits with smiles and laughter.
Terri Schiavo may be the victim of ongoing negligence and injustice. She has been denied therapy and rehabilitation by her guardian since 1991. Floridas guardianship laws REQUIRE that these necessary services be given to her.
Terri Schiavo deserves to have medical tests and therapy. She does not deserve to be starved and dehydrated to death."
This was a legal action determined by a legal court ruling. By definition, murder is illegal. This was not murder. This was carrying out the wishes of TS as interpreted by the court based on the available evidence. You can call it murder all day long, and I'm going to disagree with you all day long. So maybe we should agree to disagree.
And once again the screaming caplock key comes out.
Tell you what, why don't we agree to disagree? I'm not going to change your mind. You're not going to change mine.
It was murder.
That she had permission via a legal system does NOT ERASE the error made by that system which FAILED to oversee her guardian, not once, but THREE TIMES.
Had that happened...that monster would have lost control of Terri. Period.
The SYSTEM FAILED. It happens. (See OJ Simpson)
Terri was brutally murdered, horrifically murdered, horrifically TREATED for thirteen years, neglected, emotionally abused, denied therapy and sunshine and outings, confined to a small room, was not allowed to have visitors without the monsters permission, was kept from being photographed because he did not want the world to see her responsivness....
This was a case of injustice, upon injustice, upon injustice that resulted in MURDER.
Sugar coat it if it makes ya feel better. I'll stick with reality.
"Tell you what, why don't we agree to disagree? I'm not going to change your mind. You're not going to change mine."
I believe that the MSM got to you first. When you hear the repeated mantra from the culture-of-death MSM repeatedly, it might be difficult to get it out of your mind.
I heard it myself REPEATEDLY, every half-hour on the radio: "PVS, PVS, PVS, PVS" but I read so much about it myself, that I knew better.
Always keep in mind: liberal MSM has an anti-life agenda - PLUS most of the reporters are lazy about getting the facts.
