Dining and killing together again. It reminds me of the banquets where Judge Greer and Judge Whittemore were praised and given awards for killing Terri. They didn't call it that. The awards were given for Jurist of the Year (killer of the year) and praised for defending the judiciary. FLA AG Crist called both judges in name only "heroes".

TOM GALLAGHER FOR FLORIDA GOVERNOR. The primary is next October 2006. Crist isn't competent to be Florida Governor and he's confused about what judges swear under their oaths to do. Crist's campaign manager is the son of Greer's former campaign manager, SON OF SEMBLER. They are big time GOP donors.

The split in Florida's GOP is between the RINOS with power and the rest of us who constitute their base. The only way Crist could win is if he ran an illegal campaign. We must be on the lookout for any signs of an illegal campaign by Charlie Crist. The Florida Elections Commission would probably do nothing about it but the media could expose such a campaign.

I fully expect imo Charlie Crist to cheat.

It is alleged that Schiavo misrepresented his arrest record on the application to the sheriff's department. Under the section of the application regarding arrests and summonses, Michael Schiavo omitted at least four citations which by itself is grounds, according to the application, for his termination from employment and should constitute grounds for the suspension and/or revocation of his professional licenses.

I wonder what the citations are for? Someone found his and Jodi's motor vehicle records, and posted them months ago. I wouldn't think those citations were serious enough to be barred from the nursing profession, though. Lying about his credentials on his guardianship application sure is.

As the Crown called police witnesses to the stand, court heard that Carmichael, 47, was suffering from depression and was on the antidepressant Paxil when he drugged and strangled Ian for 20 minutes on July 31, 2004.

Paxil!!! That's the stuff the Columbine killers were on. My son was on that, got in a fight in class, and it took a few members of the wrestling team to break them up. I took him off the meds. Paxil ought to be discontinued.

Since Canada doesn't have the death penalty, every effort should be made to allow Mr. Carmichel to achieve suicide.

Check out this scenario. All these politicians are running for high office next year. They can't seem to get rid of baggage for their actions or inaction regarding the state sponsored murder of Terri Schindler - schiavo(slave).

If they need a patsy, who'd be better than HINO?

The politicians and judges weren't helping him, they were actually using him. However in 2006, it's too risky politically to be associated with the offing of Terri.

CHARLIE CRIST: running for Fla Governor (did nothing), Sheriff Everett Rice hired HINO, went to Tallahassee as a House Member and voted to kill Terri, the Judges, Senator Jim King (got gang of nine to vote to kill Terri in the Fla Senate), the Judges don't want to lose their jobs - they have good criminal defense attorneys. Sheriff Coats is no prize either. He succeeded Rice in Pinellas County. He knows a lot about the killing of Terri.

HINO will be left standing alone with only his book author and possible charges of all kinds. HINO can't afford Attorney Barry Cohen like Judge Greer can.
