Bring in Apachie Helos. If the looters shoot at rescue choppers, the Apache can be sent in to stop the guy shooting at the Rescue helos.
Bet you that he (and other liberals) would whine if the soldiers used force on the "Poor desperate souls who were spanked too many times as children and were poor and had pimples and were not popluar in school" and the other sorry excuses that liberals give for criminals.

That would work quite nicely. 300rds for the 30mm, a mini-gun pod on each of the outboard pylons, and self-sealing ferry tanks on the inboard pylons for extra range. Yes...quite nicely.
