The Congressional Black Caucus press conference is exploding in indignation at the President's lack of response. First, Elijiah Cummings blasted him. Now it is Jesse Jackson Jr's turn.
These people are such maggots. All they do is play the victim.
I especially liked his statement about how who lives and who dies is coming down to the color of their skin.
I'm listening to this too. It is absolutely revolting. It never had to be about race but the Dems made it that way.
Now they're igniting a powder keg across the country.
And JJ Jr was describing the deprived--"those who have one t.v."
I have only one t.v. Does that mean I'm destitute? sheesh.
What a heard of stupid asses! DIDN'T NOTICE THESE IDIOTS DOING ANYTHING! ARE THEY OPENING THEIR HOMES AND POCKETS?? I won't hold my breath.
Just waiting for Shelia Jackson Lee to point out that the hurricane even had a white name'
That and quoting the Bible.
Cannot blame the black mayor in NO so libs want to blame the president.
This is a complet failure at the city and state levels forcing the Fed's to be involved.
I feel sorry for all the taxes paid for nothing to these people.
(Denny Crane: "Sometimes you can only look for answers from God and failing that... and Fox News".)
I had to turn the channel - I am disgusted by the lot of them - do they EVER have anything constuctive to say about anything or anyone.
Oh - wait... the locals are dems... can't blame them now can we.
There's been no mention of the color of skin of those shooting at rescuers.
President Bush should say that we'll take all of Jesse Jackson's owed back-taxes and put the money toward hurricane relief.
These people are not Americans they are race mercenaries.
I can watch but I just can't listen.
I think it is time to really take a look at entitlements by race and see the real results.
I only have one TV and it ain't even a plasma screen...although I'm scouting locations in case a disaster strikes my area.
by the way, I notice that CNN barely glanced at the Army Corps of Engineers's presentation and couldn't wait to get back to the Urban League speeches.
Now that the story is no longer about weather, their coverage is disgusting. I'm turning it off. It's making me sick, how these people are deliberately angering people.
The Caucus: "These are our constituents! And they are looting, killing and raping! It must be Bush's fault!"
