I said the same thing before the hurricane to some of my wealth friends. They told my I was crazy and they pay taxes to the cover those problems.

No way! I value my life and property too damn much! I don't even want the lowlifes of NO in my complex. Military bases and tent cities will do then just fine until jobs can be found for them.
