The President and the Congressional GOP have to properly address the serious problems associated with illegal aliens entering the US.
That's 100% right, if you emphasize Congressional dereliction. The administration has taken the open borders position. A wake-up call is needed. Hopefully that will not be in the form of another terrorist attack or a serious and deadly showdown on the Mexican border.
The problem is when you throw an idea like impeachment into a tank for sharks like Ted Kennedy--who was allegedly considering impeachment proceedings--and the like to pick up, are you really doing anything other than providing support for their agenda?
IOW, sometimes it's hard to distinguish between one of Buchanan's rants about the president and that of The Nation these days.

Buchanan's been off the conservative-GOP reservation on several key issues for years now. On the issue of serious immigration reform, Pat's right on target.
Bush can handle FatTeddyK.

When the coverage fails to materialize, will you then be willing to publicly answer your own question?
