Wow, 1.5mil versus the $23mil plus invaluable other assistance given by Walmart.
Target makes quite a bit more money, and $1.5M was all they could give?

I agree with you in that they could give a lot more, but it is $1.5 million more than some companies.

Er, they don't make more money than Walmart, but they're not far behind on income. They do make more than 100M in profit each year, IIRC.
