I thought I heard that these clothes and items were intercepted in shipments coming in from China - they then would not have tags on them - they are just the tees and bags and watches you would see on the sidewalk sales in large cities...
and if they are just lying around as "evidence" then dump them - even without Katrina, I would say, give them to foreign missions - serve the idiot counterfeiters right to see a Sudanese mother in a refugee cap with a Prada handbag or whatever.....

Makes sense to give the clothing away. You understand the goodness to come out of the clothing being seized. It was the right thing to do. Absolutely, positively.
