Chris, I saw this film advertised yesterday for the first time. On the one hand I do not want to watch it, yet I also consider it my duty to re-live the horror and - as you said - remind myself all over again why we are fighting. I am very sorry for the loss of your father, but he and the other passengers did save countless innocent lives and die as heroes. God bless them all and their grieving families, and may you have tremendous participation in your walk.

It should be required viewing for every school age child from 6th grade up so they understand the dangerous world in which we live and WHY WE FIGHT.

The passengers on Flight 93 saved the Capitol building and all in it, including First Lady Laura Bush.

But mostly they saved our honor. They stood up to evil, and let the rest of us swell with pride in our fellow Americans while tears streamed down our faces.

Amen, Patty! They sacrificed their lives in the face of evil to save us.

They will NEVER be forgotten!

Chris - you are carrying your father's torch forward. My children were really too young to comprehend what happened that day - only that it was a terrible time. They watched "Inside 9/11" and now I will see that they watch this one also. And thanks to people like your father, they will see another great example of American heroes. As John Wayne said, "Courage is being scared but saddling up anyway" (used to be my tagline). The passengers on Flight 93 were the epitome of that line.

Just brought me to tears..and anger, because even here in NY, Ground Zero so to speak, so many people just want to forget it, or have forgotten it, or excuse or justify it. Everytime I hear someone say the "9/11 event" or "the 9/11 tragedy"; I correct them--it was the 9/11 atrocity or the 9/11 massacre.

Those of good faith and love for this country must always keep the terrorist attack of 9/11 front burner--and teach our children and our grandchildren to do so as well.

May God help you find peace, chris in nj. Your father has earned his by full measure. God rest his soul.
