Do you have any evidence that they did not have permission as you claim? It is a wild claim you are making. If find it hard to belive they did not have orders to go in, and that the govenor of the state did not authorize it, something he could be done in a matter of seconds over the phone.

If you have evidence to back up your claim that they went in illegally in Texas, give us a link. If not you are just making crap up to fit your agenda

Texas didn't have to wait for the lawyers, it was an agreement signed between the governors (a mutual assistance program) long before the disaster struck.

There have been conflicting stories, even today, about what happened. The Red Cross and Salvation army were right there with the aid supplies (how do you suppose they got them) but were turned back by the LA authorities.

Evacuation is the responsibility of the local government. I recall clearly hearing General Honore asking (via the media) to PLEASE have the mayor contact him because he could not find the guy.

I appreciate the fact that you have no loyalty or alliance with the US Constitution, but the rest of us do.
