I agree. There is a Roman maxim: "In time of war, the laws fall silent." You don't have rights in a wartime situation, especially if you consort with the enemy. And citizen traitors like Jose Padilla don't deserve to be treated with kid gloves when their conduct has exposed our country to great danger.
