you are so right he bragged when he had rudy on the show he is no more a pubbie than jesse and al are preachers;he is a limo liberal who makes his listeners aware of any of his contributions over and over ie;donation of calling cards to the g.i's at walter reed,etc.The race baiting was it for me, yet he brags 41' and him are good friends, he name drops all of the time PISS ON HIM!!!!!!!!!!
One radio station in the area of Fresno put Imus on briefly. He didn't last long because of the dramatic differences between the cultures of NYC and Fresno California! The station announced he wasn't right for the area!
We only watch Imus for that one interview , that one actual ray of light that Imus can do if he's up to it...Leadpenny could tell you better than me. He snags some of the better and more enlightening interviews done in the AM on ANY network. I can't stand the bastard lately but he can get the interview that nobody else can...he can hold people's feet to the fire when it is really needed...for that, i'll give him a reprieve.
