Coop, the flags they confiscated from us were a WHOPPING 4" x 6" (that's 4 inches by 6 inches, for those of you in Rio Linda) - We arrived at the Pentagon a little after 9am. Maybe the later shift of cops guarding the gate were liberals, or something. In any event, if rules were going to be enforced, they should have done so across the board; the little peckerheads wearing the inside-out shirts should have been booted out. But they weren't. Everybody's afraid to upset the Moonbats, so they let 'em get away with all kinds of crap. But let a person carry a itty-bitty American flag? "There's rules against that kind of thing."
I've got no problems with the rule if it's enforced for everyone. But when you're dealing with 20,000 or so attendees, do you really expect perfection? There are more important things to worry about.
I was behind that guy for a while. My Air Force friend was not kind.
I can confirm that they were the t-shirts given out with registration, turned inside out. (I was behind them for a while. They were not popular.)
Sometimes I feel like I'm living in the Twilight zone instead of America.
