Re #14
Oh, those pinkos are doing their best to irreversibly drive a deep wedge between S. Korea and U.S.. Removing the statue of Macarthur is perfect to stir outrage among Americans.
On the upside, their antics have made the word "commie" (ppal-gang-yi) fashionable again in S. Korea. Some people begin to grudgingly accept, to their dismay, that indeed there are still commies in S. Korea.
More outrages and chaos would come in S. Korea for next 12 months. Domestically and internationally, we are heading for the end game. Pinkos and Kim Jong-il would frantically and fanatically throw everything they have to survive politically. It will be an interesting time in Korean Peninsula.

I guess you're right. I think they would change their minds if they could really see how the people up there live--in poverty and having to wear those icky "uniforms" all the time!

I have two comments. First, does anyone other than myself notice that it's always young college age students protesting no matter what country it is?? And secondly, the South Koreans want our money and protection but they don't want our troops there. Piss on them, pull the troops out, let the Communist North Koreans take over the whole peninsula and then they will cry for us to come back. No matter what an American does, it's never right. But remember, it's all President Bush's fault.
