On radio here in Phoenix, Rush just called ABC's Nightline show "a major-league big media backfire." He has just roasted ABC for trying to set up an angry group of evacuees who would attack bush, but instead the group attacked Nagin and Blanco. Ho ho ho ho, he he he he, haaaaaahhh! Now this is hilarious.

Associated Press didn't have any trouble finding Bush bashers at the Astrodome. The man is offering them the world and quote "it's not enough". None of the bashers the AP reporter "found" were quoted as saying anything about their mayor or governor.

It is encouraging to see that these women are thinking for themselves and are not buying into the victimization rhetoric that is being promoted by the MSM and the Dems... They are the ones who will use the results of this and make a better life for themselves. Those who wallow in victumhood and helplessness will be back on the Democratic plantation working for black overseers as soon as they can. It appears that some just really like it there.

Rush described several interviews from last night where the effect on the smug MSM interviewers looked as if a toilet had backed up in their faces.

about how the GOP has "really done it to themselves". when, in fact, Bush had just destroyed them with his master stroke last night.

The easiest way to prove media bias to honest but skeptical people (probably won't work on Kool Aid drinking liberals, though) is to ask them to attend an event in person, watch a live event on TV, or watch an even on C-SPAN in full and then watch or read how the MSM covers it after they've run it through their liberal filters. One of my friends once insisted that the media wasn't biased, I asked him to watch the RNC convention on C-SPAN and then watch and read the MSM coverage of it. Within a week, he told me, "You know, you're right. They are biased."
