Air America Host: Treatment of Katrina Victims Analogous to Nazi Treatment of Holocaust Victims

I may catch hell for this, but I was so incensed I had to post this. Here is a paraphrase of what I just heard today at about 1:30 pm pst. The subject was hurricane Katrina and the government's response:

Caller: They were loading the people at the Dome onto buses and not even telling them where they were going. That was horrible. It was like...

Rhodes: Yes, your so right. You know what it reminded me of? I was at the Hollocaust Memorial in DC. They had a display of those, you know, cattle cars. And they were loading the victims into them. You think they were told were they were going? Of course not.

I know I am not supposed to listen to Air America, but, I did. So shoot me if you want. But that was one of the most disgusting things I have ever heard.

I caught hell previously from several people for posting something I read at a leftist site. I am a believer in 'knowing your enemy' and do listen or read their stuff on occasions. Truthfully, the more the left speaks out, as Rhodes did, and as Cindy Sheehan has, the more I see Republicans strengthening their hold on Washington.

This is just one of many examples of how the left continues to marginalize the atrocities that others have suffered under real tyranny and depotism. I also heard from some of the victims that when they arrived at the undisclosed location, they where made to take showers!!!! But luckily they all came out of the showers alive!
