If Cindy Sheehan was ever the grieving mother it is obvious that her grieving has long since ceased and been replaced with joy at her new fame.

She obviously knows that the spotlights would not shine were here son still alive. She has thus stuck a long pole up the anus of her dead son, hoisted him high and waves him like a campaign banner. A banner obviously meaningful to her ONLY in so far as she can use his death to attract more attention to herself.

While she may regret her son's death she apparently sees it as a necessary and fitting sacrifice well worth her elevation to her rightful status as an object of worship worthy of all pity for her loss, worthy of all adoration for her courage and worthy of all praise for her wisdom.

For whatever "credentials" it lends me I am a Marine Vietnam combat veteran. I am sorry for the son's death but ONLY for the sake of the son and such of his family as truly grieve for him.

I know little of his life but perhaps he died with Christ as his Savior and so is now with Him. In which case my sympathy is tempered with a touch of happiness that he will spend eternity where many of us hope to be.

My sympathy extends to Cindy Sheehan ONLY on the possibility that she is somehow mentally ill and thus not really responsible for her actions, Otherwise she has long since cast off whatever grief she ever felt and has become a disgusting ghoul feeding off her son's death.
