Where did you get the idea that they search boats over 4 MJ seeds?

They TOOK the persons yatch over 4 seeds. They took many yatchs over a joint. They aggresively pursued it. The people involved were jackboots - thugs. I don't care if they had nice uniforms. They are no different than the corrupt Lousiana cops who were seizing people's cars under similar conditions except I would expect the CG to have much more educated leadership. Thugs - disgraces to the legacy our forefathers left us. Scum plain and simple.
