Vietnamese-Americans have thrived in Orange County, money should not be his problem.

Vietnamese-Americans have thrived in a Free Orange County because they listen to their parents and teachers in school, they work hard together as families and individuals ...who are compelled to give back much to an America that helped them be Free here.

These Freedom-Loving people are the best example I know of for the rest of us to follow...

in a new time of war
in a new Century
with an enemy that's now
just around the corner and
up your street,
with our own Freedom
directly at stake
here at home.

Vietnamese-Americans lost their Freedom once 11,000 miles away.
They just don't want to
lose it again here, for they above all others know well how it feels and the prices that are paid.

And with their help
...they, and we, won't.

For they are ones who can NEVER FORGET:

Just like the Eastern Europeans. People who tasted collectivism are the most vigorous advocates for liberty. I'm sure Vietnamese-Americans are for the most part exactly the same way.

Their children, of course, will likely be lazy, spoiled, and want the government to do things for them. just like the rest of us.

Actually,

...40% of Assemblyman VAN TRAN's Alma Mater University of California at Irvine (UCI) attending students are Asian-Pacific Americans.

The majority of High School Scholarship winning graduates in Central Orange County are Vietnamese-Americans.

The Computer-Led Economic Boom of the 1990's came as a result of the Vietnamese-American Community's involvement in the Silicon Valley Computer Revolution of the 1980's.

Can't wait for what the future brings from them.

Cal, for years, limited the number of Asians that they admitted, so as to maintain 'diversity'.

Thay may still do so, I am not 100% certain on that point.

That...

...40% of UC Irvine students are Asian-Americans,

...with most of them being Vietnamese-Americans,

...still stands as Reality.

I understand that. My point was that Cal (UC Berkley), the number one public University in California, purposely keeps the number of Asian admitted down so as not to become a virtually all Asian school.

VAN TRAN is a longtime Conservative Republican who voted AGAINST this year's California State Budget for its still spending Billion's of Dollars more than the State takes in. One of only 13 State Assemblymen to do so. A man who talks the talk and walks the walk.

In March 2003 the Home Towm of my Heart Garden Grove, California was the 2nd City in America to officially recognize the Freedom & Heritage Flag of a once Free South Vietnam as representing their 46,000 Vietnamese-Americans residing there. This thanks to a City Council Resolution authored by then Garden Grove City Councilman VAN TRAN. This total has since grown to over 100 cities, counties and States to do so ...including Sydney, Australia.

I stand down and am corrected.. Sounds like a Vietnamese-American I can respect, if true.. Sorry about the hip shot at him.. Am just wildly shooting in the air like a muzzie lately.. My Jihad against Big Government Republicans might be a bit flawed.. Democrats are not worth the bullets.. Call it friendly fire.. Thanks for the feedback..
