Thought Agent 99 was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen and wanted to be just like her.
I remember watching the show when I was six years old. I, too, thought she was the most beautiful womain I'd seen. I'll never forget I had a dream about her once. As a six year old, apparently my fantasy was for her to bake cookies for me. :)

RIP Mr. Adams.
I had a Get Smart lunch box in the 2nd grade. I was the coolest kid on the planet back then.
All downhill from there :)

Steve Carrell has been signed on to play Max Smart. At least it isn't Will Ferrell, Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, or Chris Rock.
Carrell certainly has the right look. I don't know what his voice sounds like. I understand he has good comedic skills. I've never seen him in anything.

Adams hoped for an engineering career. He joined the U.S. Marines in the early days of World War II and served as a drill instructor. He saw combat in the invasion of Guadalcanal and was the only survivor of his platoon. He contracted blackwater fever and nearly died, remaining hospitalized for more than a year.Thank you Don Adams for your service and comedy.

Except for the 3 Stooges and Get Smart, I don't think I would've ever learned that you can actually laugh till you have tears in your eyes.

Let's not forget the "Double Door Deception Trick", from the episode that finally got 86 and 99 together.

I loved that little Sunbeam Tiger which I understand was Adams own car. They later changed it to some common sports car.

RIP, Agent 86.
What a funny show. I loved watching the reruns when I came home from school when I was a kid.
I loved the guest characters too - Larabee, Hymee, Seigfried, Agent 13, and the Admiral. Also, remember the episode when he met an agent at the Kitty Kat club who was a gorgeous woman, but was really a man? That was hilarious!
