I went to your link. The Schindlers are turning a horrific experience into something very positive. Good for them! Prayers for their success!
Father Pavone was the perfect priest to bless the tombstone and the office. They are off to a great beginning! : )

Michael's been rubbing their face in it, every step of the way, right up 'til after the end. It's his MO. How fitting.

Those whose envy of God drives them can demonstrate depths of cruelty that boggle the imagination. I say "envy" because that is the root of all evil in the heart of man, and obviously MS must be saturated in it to have done and said what he has.
I only hope the Schindlers are able to put him and his evil behind them and focus on their future with God, and help those they can in the future. It's a hard road for them, but it can lead upwards, whereas MS's road leads only to extreme future suffering.

If ever were in the state Mrs. Schiavo was in, then I would hope my family and friends could move on and not make things hell for my spouse. I would hope that my spouse would move on, and not let others waste a decade of her life. I would hope that after sticking by me and helping me find peace, she would feel rightly proud of having helped me to escape to be at peace. It's sad that you would place such a low value on your own self-worth. Why would you want your loved ones to MoveOn.org? Do you think you've already done something that justifies casting you aside and forgetting about you, or do you think becoming disabled would justify it? It's sad enough that you think others shouldn't be bothered by you, but to despise yourself to the point of considering your own brutal murder to be a peaceful escape, that's very disturbing.

Many of the people who fought against Mrs. Schiavo's right to die ... It's not enough for the advocates of forced euthanasia that she was murdered, you must also blame her for it, and accuse her of wanting to be tortured to death. Can't you leave one aspect of her dignity untouched by your venom?

Unless, of course, as you lay there, helpless to communicate, but wanting SO MUCH to tell your family that your spouse beat the heck out of you, causing your collapse......then you MIGHT PRAY that your family do EVERYTHING possible to see that you got the latest care and brought you home to be surrounded by people who genuinely LOVED YOU. And just maybe, you would want the chance to figure out a way to nail the SOB.

"I Kept My Promise"? yes--it's all about his getting the last word... not only did he get the last word in regards to her life (in this life time... i do believe in a final judgment day)... but he had to put the final words--his words--there on her grave marker... he could have paid tribute to her with "i will always love you," or "i miss you," or something of that sort... but no... "i kept my promise." it's all about his sick self...
