does anyone seriously wonder how the pledge of allegiance can be thought unconsitutional when the Supreme Court oath itself ends with, "So help me God"?

Even Ann Coulter has started to back off the Souter comparison. Roberts appears to be rock solid. In the same mold as Rhenquist, if not slightly to his right. Time will tell, but I think Roberts will be outstanding.
