We keep killing the terrorists, so they can't come over here.

Another success for us.

They must be getting some more intel because it seems like they've been killing a lot of them near the Syrian border lately.

The Marines know what these assholes do with captuerd prisoners, they cut their heads off. I sincerely doubt any Marine is gonna be captured while he still has ammo or his K-bar.

Yes. Going into Syria on hot pursuit would be the next ideal step. Enough with the kids glove approach.

Thank you for the website. It was really informative for me without the usual media spin on the war on terror!

I imagine the Iraqis are getting sick and tired of being targets for these insane terrorists and are giving them up more and more.

We killed 28 insurgents? This will be a major defeat for the liberal bias media.

They must be getting some more intel because it seems like they've been killing a lot of them near the Syrian border lately.

They are getting some serious input from the tribes. The "insurgents" have taken over towns and made the lives of the villagers miserable. Also, the people are beginning to notice that in the peaceful areas of Iraq, things are progressing very nicely. They've figured out that the reason they haven't been able to have a seat at the table has nothing to do with them being Sunni, it has to do with the chaos of the terrorists.

The liberals insist on calling Iraq a WAR. It may have been at first; however, it is not a WAR now and hasn't been except right at first. TERRORISTS attacking innocent people in any underhanded way possible is not a war. It is simply Islamic Extremist Terrorists committing atrocities in order to engender terror and attempting to keep their little playhouses viable in the countries where they once frolicked at will and launched attacks in other countries at will. No attacks in this country in four years? They are too busy suicide bombing and getting killed themselves.

"Most of the militants appeared to have slipped out of Sadah before the force moved in, and hundreds of the village's residents fled into Syria ahead of the assault."

We should have a hot pursuit policy.

" should have a hot pursuit policy."

===

Apparently it's under consideration:

"President Bush's national security team met yesterday to review policy toward Syria, according to U.S. officials involved in Middle East policy. Options range from tougher economic sanctions to limited military action. One official involved in the deliberations said military action is unlikely for now.

However, one option under consideration was bombing several villages 30 to 40 miles inside Syria that some officials think have been harboring Iraqi insurgents. One other official said it is not clear whether the insurgents are present as a matter of Syrian government policy, local or tribal hospitality or simply because insurgents have intimidated villagers."

Enough with the kids glove approach

Such drivel - We have not fought with kids gloves over the past 4 years - We have fought the most successful unconventional war in history - We are systematically and deliberately destroying our enemies.

And we are doing it at times and places of OUR choosing. Not theirs (or not those of wanna-be-hard as$es).
