Landmark just filed to get ALL of the Travis County DA's files regarding this investigation, and any communications with anything resembling the Democratic Party, and any members of that party.
Can you hear the shredders starting up in Austin?

If a fee waiver is refused Landmark agrees to pay reasonable duplication costs up to $1500.00, . . .The information must include, but is not limited to, calendars, agendas, schedules, notes, notations, letters, audio tapes, and/or video tapes.
Don't think $1500 is going very far.

Theoretically, requesting an exemption under 552.267 should be automatically approved - since the courts did the same for some other TX records requested by some Dem think tanks over the past few years.

In the room. If I understood Delay correctly, that's what DeLay had heard. Those folks ought to be gone over with a fine toothed comb, too.

There are reasons why they call him the Great One.
Mark Levin and Landmark are truly great Americans.

In a nut shell, what does that mean? Are they looking to see if they can find links from Earl to someone? They must smell a rat.

I believe Ronnie boy has tried to head this off at the pass already by commenting the other day that these types of requests are consuming alot of time.
I bet he drags his heels as much as possible in his response.
Maybe the cops should be called ;-)

Is Mark going to be on tonite? My father closed his office and some people I know aren't working because of the holiday.
